Probably my favorite dentist office. I used to go to one in Salem, but the dentists and hygienists kept changing every time. Here - I feel known. I see the same people, and they are all always super sweet to my little one and considerate when sheβs around while Iβm getting my teeth taken care of.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The waiting area looks nice, but once you get called back, the professionalism completely disappears. The assistant didnβt greet me properly or even ask my nameβjust βready for you.β The dentist, Dr. Tate, also never introduced himself or addressed me as a patient, which made the whole experience feel impersonal and uncomfortable from the start. The biggest issue was the lack of communication and care. He went to give me a numbing shot without saying anything, and I had to stop him mid-motion to ask what he was doing. There are a lot of nerves in your teeth and gums, and basic practice is to apply numbing gel before injectingβhe did not do that at all. No warning, no explanation, nothing. The entire visit felt rushed and careless. I understand tooth extractions arenβt pleasant, but there is no excuse for not communicating with your patient or making them feel at ease during a procedure like that. I would not recommend this office if you value professionalism, communication, and being treated with basic respect.

I do not like writing reviews, but I feel others should be warned. I have some cavities. They did x-rays and exam and said that they could fix my teeth with fillings. I asked Dr. Tate how long will they last if doing this? He told me a very long time. Well, a very long time was short lived after I let him work on my teeth. He βfixedβ 2 of my teeth and by the time I got home they had failed. I have cracks in them and they are sensitive with sharp pain and I am having a hard time eating and drinking due to my roots now being exposed. I did not have this problem before. I thought well I will just call and have this fixed since obviously he did not do them right. Guys, he told me I have to have a root canal or get them pulled! He told me to use sensitive toothpaste and see if it gets better! Yes, he has told me to do this as if sensitive toothpaste can cure an exposed nerve! Of course, they would not like to do a refund so they have blamed me for this. He kept leaving the room a few times for only a min at a time (during the procedure) and all I could think was that he did not know what he was doing and was going to look at something on how to perform the procedure. I knew I was in tro
